PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped Mon-Fri only (excluding holidays). Orders placed on holidays, Sun, or Sat (after 3pm EST) will be processed on the next business day according to the processing schedule. We normally process orders 2-4 business days after receiving the order to allow for accuracy during processing.  During the holidays and unexpected delays, we may experience extended processing and shipping times. Tracking numbers are provided with each order. We do not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your package according to the tracking info provided, please contact USPS. Once we ship your package, the mail carrier is responsible for delivering it. Every order is provided a tracking number to assist you in locating your package. We ship our packages via USPS domestic mail.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISTAKENLY USED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
All packages are shipped with a tracking number. In the event a package is erroneously sent to the wrong address, you may contact USPS to open a claim to have the package rerouted back to you. We thoroughly check addresses for errors and accuracy BEFORE shipping so PLEASE double check your address before placing your order. We have a NO REFUND policy that applies to shipping errors as well. If we erroneously send your package to the wrong address due to our negligence, after thorough investigation, we will promptly resend another order out to you.

That's it. Once you have completed a total of 10 unique orders ($25 or more each) with us, you will be a VIP PrettyGlammer and will be notified via email of your status update and given your personal VIP code to access the VIP Section. It's that easy! It is optional to participate in our "Make It Count" Program but it is the only way to become an official VIP member to get the best deals we have to offer. However, as a preview, we do offer a one-time, 7-day VIP membership trial with limited access to VIP for those who do not want to do the fun and exciting "Make it Count" program. But, if you are going to shop with us, why not "Make It Count"? It is lots of fun, very exciting and super rewarding. It's a great way to shop and save at the same time and the VIP status is permanently yours to keep. **Purchases made during the temporary VIP Trial period will be credited towards your progress to VIP status only IF you have created a log in account prior to making your purchases.

HOW DOES THE "MAKE IT COUNT" PROGRAM WORK AND DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE TO BECOME A VIP?
The "Make It Count" Program is a way for our PrettyGlammers to make their purchases work for them. Each purchase gets them closer to the VIP membership status by completing a total of 10 unique orders over $25 each. Our VIP members reap the most benefits we have to offer in exchange for their continued support. You just sign up, shop, and earn your status. Participation is optional but it IS the only way to VIP status. If you are shopping with us, why not "Make it count" and get the benefits of a VIP membership.
IF I HAVE ALREADY STARTED MAKING PROGRESS IN THE "MAKE IT COUNT" PROGRAM, CAN I STILL BUY THE VIP TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. The trial membership is valid for 7 days. When it expires your PrettyGlammer status will be restored. Any purchases made for the "Make it Count" Rewards Program steps during the trial period will be credited to your account only IF you started the "Make it Count" program prior to starting the VIP trial.
HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?
The Loyalty Program is a way for our VIP members to earn points on their purchases that may be redeemed for additional savings on their favorite products. Just sign up, shop, earn PG points, redeem them, and save. Every product earns points, even the clearance items. It's that easy.
I AM NEW...HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PROGRAM TO JOIN?
New visitors (non-members) receive an unique coupon in their emails as a thank you bonus when they sign up to become PrettyGlammers.  However, only the PrettyGlammers who have created log in accounts may join the "Make it Count" program to track their progress to VIP status. New members (PrettyGlammers) can then join the "Make it Count" program to complete 10 unique purchases ($25 or more each) to qualify for the VIP status. Once you've reached the VIP status and have received your status badge, VIP PrettyGlammers can then join the "Loyalty" Program to receive redeemable PG Reward points on every purchase. **Non VIP members DO NOT receive rewards points on every purchase.
